FRDC's MD Mr. Sanjay Agarwal, was invited as a speaker at Herman Miller SAARC 2018 Summit held in Bangalore India. Speaking on; Importance of Retail Experience' in today's context via Sensorial Customer Journey and Ordinary vs Extraordinary, Mr. Agarwal emphasised how Retail stores will change over next few years in order to influence customers more positively.
