UHC India, a part of UHG worldwide group company having its facility and operations in Hyderabad and Gurgaon has appointed DFC for creating a communication and design for its large office facility in Hyderabad. The objective is to engage employees and create a bond between company and employees. Sanjay Agarwal, Director at FRDC, and leading the strategy for this design, says that -" Employees working in these off shore centers are usually disconnected with the company and its objectives, and this assignment is an attempt to bridge the gap and make an emotional bond between employees and the company". We will be exploring 'human' tools to design this communication and an experience which will be a creation of employees engagement with the environment and the corporate values of the organisation.
